2007 Dinner Dance

The Foundation for Excellence in Education in Easton (F.E.E.E.) hosted the Eighteenth Annual Dinner Dance on Friday evening, November 16th, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Christina’s in Foxboro. Event Connection, a leading South Shore DJ, provided the music. The meal selection was a combination petite filet mignon and chicken plate.

Once again, we held a Silent Auction on the night of the Dinner Dance. In addition, a select number of items were available for bidding only on our new Auction Website. The night and the two auctions were a great success.

Program Book

In the future, if you would be interested in placing an ad in the Program Book please call 508-230-3200, x408. Over 600 people viewed the Program Book at the Dinner Dance alone. If you have not placed an ad in the past, we are asking you to join others from the Easton area business community in supporting our event. In the past, ads purchased for $200 and up received complementary tickets to the Dinner Dance. Please complete the Business Ticket Form to receive your tickets, and the Table Reservation Form to reserve a table for yourself and friends.

We would like to thank you for your generous support in the past towards this, our largest fundraiser. Through your generosity and that of the Easton community, we have raised $800,000 since our inception and a record $110,000 last year. Our fundraising effort allows us to invest in the educational experience of our children through access to technology and grant programs. Examples of what we have been able to accomplish in recent years include:

	INTERACTIVE WHITEBOARDS AND LCD PROJECTORS FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL / JUNIOR HIGH LEVELS
	COMPUTER LAB AND CARD CATALOG LOOKUP STATIONS FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY/MEDIA CENTER
	COMPUTER LABS AND WRITING LABS FOR THE MIDDLE SCHOOL LEVEL
	IMACS FOR THE ELEMENTARY LEVEL
	K-6 SERVER UPGRADES, SWITCHES, RAM, LICENSING AND STORAGE DEVICES TO MEET NETWORK NEEDS.
	CONTINUATION OF THE GRANT PROGRAM TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF THE SCHOOL CHILDREN OF EASTON.
